About the Ride with GPS maps

The data for the Ride with GPS maps is being recorded as we ride on a Garmin Edge Tour GPS. The GPS records various data including the location, speed, elevation, and grade of our rides. We upload our GPS data to Ride with GPS who provide a map with the details. That data will also be displayed as an animated ride on their web site. The web site will supply a "widget" for our blog site but we have found it bogs down the loading of our blog so we are now grabbing a screen shot of the site to put in the blog and providing a link to the Ride with GPS interactive map for those that are so inclined and want to know the metrics of the rides. All of our routes were planned on Ride with GPS and exported to our Garmin GPS.
